岗位职责：
1、负责搭建境内外合规体系，针对公司业务特性制定隐私合规、数据安全、经营主体合规、贸易合规等领域的风险控制方案，降低公司外部合规风险，同时负责隐私合规的内外部咨询；
2、负责建立公司应急事件处理机制，通过预警、主/被动收集等方式，快速获取公司突发的高风险事件，组织、联动相关职能部门紧急应对，并复盘相关经验搭建风险知识库；
3、协同业务部门建立外部监管机构问询、检查、审计的应急机制；
4、通过培训、宣讲等方式提升公司的合规意识。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，会计、财管、法律、企管等相关专业优先考虑；
2、8年以上海外合规咨询、应急管理等相关工作经验，有隐私合规知识和风险管理意识；有风险管理师等证书等优先；
3、具备良好的内外部沟通能力、组织协调能力，较强的业务理解能力，思路清晰；
4、英语熟练者优先。
