About this job

Position Title: Air Ticketing Agent- Brazil

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

1. Processing reservations and issuing airline tickets via online platforms;

2. Capable of operating the ticket booking system (training provided);

3. Assist customers with their needs, including name changes, refunds, and reissue quotes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese and English, or proficient in at least two of the languages mentioned;

3. Experience in the travel industry;

4. Quick learner, eager to practice and undergo training, and customer service orientation;

5. Responsible, detail-oriented and patient;

6. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office;

7. Able to work in a shift environment (maybe sometimes including weekend availability).
